Then Raimondo wants to tax medical marijuana plant growers anywhere from $150 to $350 per plant.

I’m sorry – there are other ways you could raise revenue. Perhaps ditch the state gasoline tax and do a mileage tax instead. Nah – that’ll never happen. They’ll do both.

It’s a shame – Rhode Island’s first female governor and she has to be such a stupid clod.
