I can recall last year – turned the heat on beginning of October. But this year here we are late October and temperatures outdoor are 60’s and low to mid 70’s. 76F today in fact.
Now I’ve seen the long range forecasts – this trend is expected to continue into December/January. So if we get a one month long winter I’m all for it. Of course I don’t want the attendant water level rise that goes with it but hey, waterfront property and all.

Well yeah – the fall season is getting warmer and drier. In fact we’re under fire watch right now in Rhode Island. And it’s funny I think when the city and state were founded we had weather very much like that in London. Years of man-made pollution have changed that.
