I’ve written of it before. And I’ve gone one step further beyond Sous Vide etc. Now I’m into automation of temperature control.

So I’d been looking for a temperature controlled electric kettle. Problem was that I didn’t want to pay close to $100 for one. So I found one on Amazon for $41 – the price was right.

The munged looking 200F is my quick edit to brush out a cat hair. Yeah if you have a cat you know my grief  – cat hair at the most inopportune moments.
