What to do with overripe bananas

So I had three overripe and one ripe banana – that along with some sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda, flour and some chopped walnuts into a greased loaf pan at 350F (180C) for 55 minutes in my convector.

Here are the results – the loaf is cooling in pan on the rack right now.


Looks pretty damned good. Can’t wait to cut a piece off.
