Because I’d completely spaced on roasting more. That’s the one thing about fresh roast coffee – use it up within a week. But sometimes I get busy on the weekends and don’t have time to roast.
Rectified that this evening, did a batch of 10oz. of the coffee. It’s cooling off right now.
I’m picky about my coffee but I don’t think I have the ambition or patience to roast my own. I finally found a place in Pennsylvania of all places that makes an amazing espresso roast that I’ve been getting for almost a year now. How hard is it to roast your own? Where do you get the raw beans?
Oh – pick up a cheap Strir Crazy – it only takes about 20-30 minutes to roast 8 to 10 oz. of coffee. It’s really easy.
Oh and the raw beans – I get them on Amazon of all places.
Don’t talk to me about going without coffee. I wish drink gas station swill before going without.
I cannot drink the swill that passes for coffee in most places.
