This is too funny. I’ve always suspect the bigots out there inflated their counts to seem more important and this just confirms it.
Here’s the lowdown.
I’ve seen this so many times in my life. One loudmouth vs. a few hundred or thousand people. It makes me laugh every time.
Spewing Truth in the face of Lies 
I’ve never been sure why the media seems to thing “One Million Moms” wields such influence. It’s never had more than a few thousand followers, numbers so small that they are statistically close to zero when compared to the population of the country. It is basically little more than one person with a loud mouth who is angry about just about everything.
The same thing is true of the so-called “evangelical christians” out there. If you look at the media you’d think the entire country is overwhelmed with them. But they actually make up only about 25% of the population of the country.
