Had to put an order in. Needed salt, olive oil, avocado oil you know the only oils permitted in this house. Got a 1lb container of baby spinach, some hummus

Spewing Truth in the face of Lies 
I’ve been meaning to try avocado oil; I need to first know what one does with it.
Avocado oil is neutral flavored and is fine for high heat applications.
