You have to download the programming guide and scan the QR code to get the APK file. Install the app turn on bluetooth on the radio and connect your Android phone0 or tablet.

The writing is on the wall though. Very few analog repeaters left. Overall I like this radio. For being Chinese manufactured it’s solid and the manuals are in English and not Chinglish. Very nice.
